Supporting Our Customers’ New Norm – Working from Home

The last few weeks have us all in uncharted territory. Schools are closed, elbow bumps and social distancing are fast becoming the new norm across the globe to protect those most at risk and slow down the spread of the virus. Many companies, like ours, are asking employees to work from home for their own well-being and that of others.
As a result, collaboration tools are seeing a huge uptick in adoption with Microsoft announcing a 500% increase in usage of its Teams product due to corona virus. With companies all over the world now asking people to work from home, many who have been slow to adopt digital collaboration are fast-tracking planned technology roll outs of tools like Teams to support work from home initiatives.
