The Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) have signed an agreement to use Kojensi Gov for the NCIS program team, the group of law enforcement personnel from around Australia, developing the National Criminal Intelligence System (NCIS). The NCIS was formed to create a “truly national, unified picture of criminal activity” across the different states and territories. ACIC have purchased an initial 150 users, and will use the platform to help them communicate between geographically dispersed personnel whilst enabling trust between the involved parties. The NCIS requires a meticulous focus on security, something that archTIS’ Kojensi Gov platform will help to facilitate. Click here to view the full announcement. The announcement was also covered in news sources such as iTWire, ZDNet and ARN. For more information on ACIC’s NCIS program visit the NCIS page or take a look at NCIS in the media.
