archTIS lodges Prospectus for Initial Public Offering
archTIS Ltd has lodged its Prospectus for the company’s Initial Public Offering (IPO). archTIS will be issuing 40,000,000 shares at A$0.20 to raise $8m minimum as part of the Initial Public Offering (IPO) to comply with requirements to list on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX). When asked about the timing of this raise, CEO Daniel Lai said “Market demand has been steadily growing for products and services that solve the challenge of secure information sharing and collaboration. We are an Australian company that is leading the way in next generation products for collaborating on classified or sensitive content. It just seemed natural to invite investors to join us on this journey”.
