I am pleased to share that over the holiday period archTIS acquired Nucleus Cyber, a leading provider of advanced information protection solutions that prevent data loss and protect against insider threats in Microsoft content services and collaboration platforms. This is an exciting time for both companies as we unite, as well as for our rapidly growing customer base.
Nucleus Cyber’s product portfolio provides a highly complementary set of solutions that will enhance archTIS’s already robust capabilities for the secure sharing and collaboration of information. The combined company will offer a complete suite of attribute-based access control solutions designed to protect classified and business-critical content. The NC Protect platform extends archTIS’ data protection capabilities to cloud collaboration tools including Microsoft Office 365—SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, and Yammer, plus Dropbox, Nutanix Files and Windows file shares. This means that archTIS can now offer customers policy enforced, attribute based access control of data across their Microsoft investments.
In addition to the new products, we have also welcomed the Nucleus Cyber team into the archTIS fold. I’m pleased to announce that Nucleus Cyber’s CEO, Kurt Mueffelmann, will be named Global Chief Operating Officer (COO) of archTIS. Kurt will oversee the union of our companies and talented teams to create an unrivaled product offering that dynamically secures all your collaboration and ensures compliance so our customers can focus on getting business done – securely.
