Earlier today, archTIS announced an important update on the expansion of work with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). Following the initial licensing of NC Protect within the Microsoft DoD365 environment in June, archTIS has now secured a complementary contract for development services to build additional features for NC Protect. This contract reinforces archTIS’s growing role as a trusted technology partner to the DoD, extending the Company’s reach and impact within one of the world’s most security-sensitive environments.

Extending Confidence in a Strategic Deployment These development services represent the DoD’s continued investment in NC Protect for delivering defense-grade data protection and attribute-based access control (ABAC) within Microsoft’s secure cloud ecosystem. NC Protect has been identified as instrumental in enabling secure collaboration, granular policy enforcement, and zero-trust data sharing within DoD365 environments, and this engagement further affirms the solution’s operational value to the U.S. DOD.

In being able to tailor NC Protect to the unique needs of the DoD, archTIS is also demonstrating the value of the solution as central to a modern data-centric approach to security at scale, moving the solution beyond its initial deployments toward enterprise-wide adoption across Unified Combatant Commands and varied mission areas.

A Strategic Bridge Toward Enterprise Licensing The development services contract, valued at approximately A$250,00, builds upon the existing DoD licensing relationship by addressing mission-specific customization requirements essential for enterprise rollout. These services include development of custom features and security integration functions to align NC Protect’s capabilities with the DoD’s evolving compliance and security controls within the secure Microsoft 365 environment. The contract also represents a critical operational bridge between the initial license issuance and full enterprise award. It enables continuous collaboration, accelerates product enhancements demanded by the DoD, and positions archTIS for the broader multi-phase adoption expected to scale from thousands to potentially hundreds of thousands of users over the coming period.

Reinforcing Strategic Execution & Product Innovation The engagement also exemplifies archTIS’ disciplined strategy of driving recurring revenue growth through phased expansion of major government clients. It ensures continuity of work, deepens our technical integration within the DoD ecosystem, and reinforces the trust that underpins long-term program adoption through our Microsoft partnership. The development work also provides valuable feedback loops that enhance NC Protect’s performance and compliance posture—improving both its defense and commercial appeal. Lessons learned in these high-assurance environments directly inform our product roadmap, strengthening our differentiation across defense, government, and regulated industries globally; including the recently completed acquisition of Spirion.

Positioned for Scalable Growth The U.S. defense market remains one of the most significant and demanding in the world for secure collaboration technologies. The continued investment by the U.S. DoD, through both license extensions and complementary service engagements, puts archTIS at the center of the DoD’s zero-trust and information-protection modernization initiatives with huge upside potential. This combination of licensing continuity, technical credibility, and aligned partnerships is the foundation for long-term recurring revenue growth. The Company remains confident that these strategic steps—bridging today’s engagements with tomorrow’s enterprise awards—will yield enduring value for shareholders as we expand our footprint across the U.S. defense and national security community.
