Bruce Talbot

Bruce is a Principal Consultant, Director and Founder of archTIS. He holds a Master Degree in Business Technology (MBT), Advanced Diplomas in Computing and Radar Engineering and a Diploma of Advanced Electronics. Bruce has been involved in the creation of systems level architectures for Systems Management, Security Management, Application Management and Delivery and Information Management applications. For over 30 years Bruce has been involved in the creation, implementation and management of advanced computer security systems and capabilities.  He also has over 20 years in the Australian Defence Force and a further 20 years in the commercial sector working for Computer Associates, Hitachi Data Systems, Airservices Australia and the Australian Federal Police.

Daniel Lai

Daniel is the Managing Director at archTIS. He has extensive industry experience in successfully delivering outcomes as part of a senior executive team to both government and commercial organisations. Most importantly Daniel has direct experience in implementing organisational change to address the real challenges businesses confront today in a rapidly evolving environment. Over his career, he has had many successes including leading the Security Enterprise Architecture for the Single Information Environment for the Department of Defence, leading enterprise change as the National Manager for Service Delivery for the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service, and restructuring and implementing enterprise ITIL services for the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service. Daniel is a regular speaker at industry events and has been featured in the Financial Review and CIO magazine.

Phillip Dean

Phillip is a Principal Consultant of archTIS. He has 30 years of experience in the information technology industry, comprising roles within government and with government IT suppliers. This experience includes: the development of the processes, training, documentation and systems to support the implementation of Freedom of Information in the former Department of Social Security; Departmental Liaison Officer for the Minister Assisting the Minister for Defence; business development, marketing and management roles in small-to-medium information technology enterprises and multi-national software vendors; and Adviser to the Head of ICT Operations at the Department of Defence. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science from the Australian National University and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
